But it sounds very interesting. Over here in ye olde south africa were having the "cradle of language" conference in November, which I'll be able to attend seeing as I work here. There are going to be some interesting discussions, some smart people, but none of the good stuff, no syntax to speak of really. But URL is http://www.clc.sun.ac.za/ , check it out, nice pic of stellenbosch anyway. but I await your comments on the EF, K, though I've already pulled the "Chomsky said it" trick, the man does take a lot of flak, but poeple still use his name weightily, throw it around like a brick. And JKP, I printed out an article from the website you posted, but I also claim hectic academic life "at the moment", shit man, more like "for the last couple of months". But I shall peruse it at my leisure at some stage when all calms down and maybe I'll have some things to say about it. Lowly student that I am. However, I feel the reason for the uh, lack of participation is probably due to the fact that science seems a daunting topic, even for punks. It is a bit serious, but serious is not necessarily bad. I don't feel qualified really, to begin a discussion on science at large, perhaps monsieur grohmann should say something, something about uhmm, Edge Features. what do you understand by edge features? any links you think might prove useful would be uhm, useful.
