Additional Information
I have added a simple registration form. Please download the Word document and the PDF file.
The registration fee will be CY£ 40 for salaried (faculty members) and CY£ 20 for unsalaried / students – it will be free for undergraduate students. All payments will have to be made on site and in cash (CY£ = Cyprus Pounds) only, i.e. no credit cards, bank transfers, or cheques/checks.
Conference registration will give you access to the presentations, provide you with the usual materials, and cover refreshments during the breaks. It'll also be your entry ticket to the KJ Syntax Party, the party event we all anticipate! (The KJ Syntax Party will be hosted by the conference organizer and start after the last talk – the last talk of the 6-day Cyprus Syntaxfest, that is!)
If you register by April 30, you will also receive a conference badge with your name printed.
The conference dinner will cost extra (CY£ 15). Registration is necessary to make reservations.
11 April: The location will be a Cypriot restaurant in the Old Town of Nicosia, in walking distance from the central hotels. The name is Ouzeri Orpheas, near Famagusta Gate (on the other side of the Old Town; the conference site is near Paphos Gate – all this gate business will make more sense to you once you're here), where we will all be sitting outside.
Please fill out the form and send it to the organizer if you want to participate in the dinner.
Also, make sure to book your accommodation in time! (See accommodation page for details.)
